Acne on the Back

This clogging of blocked pores can take place anywhere along the body. The causes of the acne on the face are the same as back acne, but back acne or bacne as it is called is harder to treat. Basically the skin of the back area is relatively tougher. The cleansing of  the back area is also not simple to do. It is hard to reach when a person washes their body. The back is one the body parts that is pressed mostly against the mattress of the bed when a person sleeps. The physical pressure sometimes makes the existing acne get even worse.

If you are suffering from acne breakout you must not wear tight fitted clothes. The tight fitted clothes make the skin more heated up and it irritates the acne condition on the back. Thorough washing of the skin especially back is an necessity step to cure back acne. Someone with back acne should use a soap or a body wash that contains salicyclic acerbic. The back acne sufferers should often change the bed sheets quite often, as it is a nice place for billions of bacteria that can spread on the skin again.

The skin on the back is thick and tough, and it contains larger oily glands and it produces more sebum. The back  has a higher possibility of developing more severe skin acne than in the face or neck. Back acne is often prone to the formation of acne characterized by nodules and cysts - the more severe type of acne vulgaris.

Acne also tends to get worse when moist, so if someone sweats more than usual it can also make back acne very bad. Because the back is prone to frequent friction and irritation from article of clothing and sweat, extra steps should be taken to prevent the skin condition from getting worst.

Although we may not know the causes of back acne and acne in superior general, there are things we can do to prevent them from getting worse. You can carefully select article of clothing that do not irritate the skin on the back.  We can avoid tight article of clothing that will inflame your back acne.  Try to use backpacks that stay away from your back, you can use the clothing that will breath through their material. Make sure that you take a shower and dry your back good after any sports activity that will have you sweating.

Diet and stress are also identified as triggering factors of any skin acne. Heredity is also considered a contributory factor in having acne , so if your parents have suffered severe acne during their teenage years, there are greater chances that you may also experience the same thing.

Back acne is most often hard to treat, and of course, self-medication can also be hard since it cannot be easily reached and seen, so it is always vital to check your skin condition or seek dermatologist when it is needed.
